We have grown to become the largest specialist housing loan provider in Japan that supports the decision "aruhi (one day)" customers make to buy a new home, to change their lives. And we have been reborn as SBI ARUHI Corporation since January 4, 2024.
Our market share of “Flat 35” all-time fixed rate housing loans among financial institutions in Japan has reached 24.7%, retaining the No.1 spot for fourteen consecutive years. In addition to “Flat 35”, we also offer a broad range of products in collaboration with SBI Group, including our unique variable-rate products, bank agency products, and insurances.
We provide personal customers with homebuying support depending on their life stage, real estate collateralized loans, lease-back arrangements, and consulting service for seniors. For realtors, we offer acquisition loans and loans for the buying and reselling property.
To further advance these businesses, we will seek more synergies across SBI Group and strengthen collaboration with realtors that refer clients interested in housing loans, franchisees that serve as points of contact with these clients, and other partners.
We continue to provide our customers with convenient products and services and support them with home depending on their life stage. The company name has changed, but our mission to help make customers' special “aruhi”' the best one remains unchanged.
