SBI ARUHI Group is promoting management through its housing finance business including housing loan business in line with our ESG Policy.

We are accelerating our efforts to link ESG with our business,such as by reducing greenhouse gas emissions through “Flat 35”S,which promotes the distribution of environmentally friendly housing and pre-owned properties, and by addressing to the declining birthrate and aging society through “Flat 35 Child-rearing Plus”, which supports families with children, as well as leasebacks and reverse mortgages.

At the same time, we consider our employees as important stakeholders and promote diverse workstyles by aiming to create an environment where employees can work friendly and rewarding.

Going forward, we will continue to deepen mutual understanding through dialog with diverse stakeholders, including customers, partner companies, employees, shareholders, and local communities, and aim for sustainable growth for both society and our group through our business activities.
